Upright Sprinklers

Upright Sprinklers that are upright are intended to be used in low-risk situations. Standard response (5mm glass bulb) and fast response (3mm glass bulb) are the two temperature responses.

The glass bulb type, compact form, and range of finishes and temperature specifications are all features of the sprinklers.

Sprinklers that are installed in a pendent position must remain in that position, and sprinklers that are put in an upright posture must remain in that position.

Modern heat-responsive frangible glass bulb produced by a global leader in this cutting-edge technology serves as the Sprinkler operating device. When heated, the fluid within the glass bulb expands.

When the temperature rating is met, the bulb breaks, water flows through the sprinkler and strikes the deflector, creating a consistent water spray pattern to control or put out fire.

Sprinklers must be handled carefully, stored at room temperature for optimal performance, and kept in a separate area to prevent metal parts from coming into touch with the sprinkler or bulb.

Storage and any subsequent shipping must only be done in the original packaging.Before installation, sprinklers need to be properly inspected visually. 

Sprinklers that are obviously damaged, fallen, or exposed to temperatures that are higher than the permissible maximum ambient temperature should never be placed.

Any glass bulb sprinkler should never be installed if it has a break in it or is losing liquid. To avoid mechanical damage, sprinklers must be fitted after the plumbing is put in place.
