Brass Countersunk Bolts
The DIN 7991 or ISO 10462-compliant Brass Countersunk Bolts, Brass Hexagon Socket Countersunk Head Screws have a hex socket drive, which provides greater cam-out resistance than other common drives like slotted or Phillips.
These screws may be installed more quickly and with a higher tension by inserting them into a countersunk hole using a hex wrench or insert bit. Once fitted, they provide a clean and attractive finish, lowering the possibility of getting snagged or injuring someone. They sit flat within the target housing.
Due to their brilliant gold-like appearance, they are widely employed in a variety of sectors, frequently for historical mechanical and engineering applications.
Standard fabrication is in brass. For outdoor application or instances where a self-sterilizing fastener is required, brass is a rust-proof material that offers strong corrosion resistance and antibacterial qualities.

These Brass Hexagon Socket Countersunk Screws (DIN 7991) are typically offered in lengths of 10mm to 90mm, with thread sizes ranging from M4 to M16. Additionally available are thread locking fixes.
Special orders are available for non-standard sizes, materials, and finishes, including small-batch production, adjustments, and components produced to specifications.
Countersunk bolts are used when a smooth surface is required. Common applications include: bridge decking, walkways, and railing.
