We have been recognized as meeting the quality management standards of ISO 9001:2015. In order to fulfill the needs of the production process, services, and our selection of Brass Components and Extrusion Products, it defines the requirements, specifications, features, and numerous recommendations for each product.
Based on customer specifications, we import a variety of metal alloys and scrap, including brass alloys, copper alloys, copper nickel alloys, aluminum alloys, stainless steel alloys, steel alloys, silver alloys, and more. To produce the best quality and RoHS compliance goods, we employ eco-friendly raw materials and standards from ASTM, ANSO, DIN, JIS, BS, IS, EN, and ISO.
To make goods of the highest quality in accordance with client drawings and samples, our firm uses the most up-to-date conventional and semi-conventional machinery and tools, such as the Spectro, Profile Projector, and other measurement and inspection equipment.
We import raw materials, cast them, and then produce products using special samples. Our quality assurance team thoroughly inspects each product during manufacture to achieve the zero-defect objective thanks to the inspection facilities.
We make sure that both single- and multi-unit brass components are packaged safely and securely to prevent product damage during handling, storage, and shipping.
For the quick, safe, and efficient delivery of items to our esteemed customers, we have a logistical system. We are devoted to delivering produced brass components that are of the highest caliber and adhere to the highest international standards.
The production facility of Kaizen Metals India has a number of automatic, semi-automatic, and manually operated machinery installed to produce a wide variety of brass goods, some of which are very important. Casting and extruded rods, machining, polishing, lacquering, quality assurance, and packing are all part of the production cycle.
